We look at the whole ecosystem of someone’s life: their business, their partnerships (romantic and business) and their team/staff.

We will look at the patterns of their decision making, relationships, money, business, family patterns, leadership, identity, purpose, and the things they want but haven’t yet been able to create.

The work is tailored to the person.

We might explore a family dynamic that’s influencing their relationship with money. We might work through a major decision, look at their business strategy, or examine the ways they’re abandoning themselves in relationships.

I work with leaders and organizations at the intersection of human development and organizational effectiveness.

An organization is a living system.

It has relationships, histories, loyalties, power dynamics, unspoken agreements, and patterns that influence how people work together.

  • Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of strategy.
  • Sometimes it’s that nobody can make a decision without the CEO.
  • Sometimes a leadership team doesn’t trust one another.
  • Sometimes the founder has built a company that depends on their exhaustion.

I work with founders individually, with leadership teams, and with organizations as a whole to explore these dynamics and support practical changes.

The goal isn’t simply to make a CEO more productive.

It’s to help them become the kind of leader who can build something extraordinary without having to hold the entire thing alone.

  • That we can explore leadership structures and family systems.
  • That we can be spiritual without losing our intelligence, and practical without losing our depth.

Dear Founder,

You’ve already proven that you can build something out of nothing.

I’m curious what becomes possible when you no longer have to build it all alone.
