Bushwhacking

I’m a through-hiker. I’ve hiked from one end to another of 7 countries. I know what it takes to take a mission all the way to the end.

Finding your own internal compass is how you find your way through a forest at night. I help leaders do the same with their businesses.

I’ve done this work for myself.

I combine ecopsychology, Family Constellations, intuitive and energetic work, practical coaching, and real-world implementation.

I’m interested in the places where the work is big, the mission is extraordinary, and the need is high. Places where the company is growing faster than the CEO can handle.

I’m interested in what becomes possible when a leader feels supported, has a good team, a clear mission, and is creating something that tangibly makes the world better.

Why I do this

Your impact matters to me.

I work with leaders whose businesses have a really good why.

People who genuinely believe that what they’re building can make the world a better place.

And I care deeply about helping those people succeed.

Because I believe that when good people, with good values, have more resources, influence, and capacity, extraordinary things become possible.

My own path here has been anything but conventional.

I started my work over a decade ago through ThetaHealing, exploring the subconscious beliefs and inherited patterns that shape our lives. That eventually led me into Family Constellations, where I became fascinated by something much bigger than the individual: the systems we belong to.

Our families. Our communities. Our cultures. Our organizations.

The invisible loyalties, relationships, and agreements that influence how we live, love, lead, and make decisions.

I went on to earn my PhD in Ecopsychology, deepening my understanding of the relationship between human beings and the larger living systems we’re part of.

Let me give you a shortcut in my work,

The same patterns that show up in our families show up in our businesses.

The founder who carries everything because they’ve always been the responsible one.

The leader who struggles to delegate because trusting other people has never felt safe.

The team that keeps recreating the same conflicts, no matter how many new systems or strategies they introduce.

And I became increasingly interested in what happens when we bring this deeper understanding into leadership and organizational development.

I don’t believe we can separate the health of an organization from the health of the people leading it.

I want to see companies doing genuinely good things in the world become wildly successful.

I want their founders to have beautiful lives, meaningful relationships, financial abundance, and the freedom to actually enjoy what they’ve created.

I want their employees to feel valued, empowered, and excited about the work they’re doing.

And I want businesses to become places where people and possibility can flourish, rather than places where we simply learn to tolerate more stress.

I’m American-Israeli currently based in Boulder, Colorado. My own life has crossed cultures, communities, and very different ways of understanding the world, and have lived in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and currently the states—which continues to shape how I approach this work.

At the heart of it, my mission is pretty simple:

I want to help good people do more good in the world, without having to sacrifice themselves to make it happen.

Because your vision matters.

The people you’re serving matter.

And you matter too.

I’m curious what becomes possible when you no longer have to build it all alone.
